I started training here recently as a total beginner and I highly recommend this gym if you are interested in Muay Thai! Khru John is a fantastic teacher and I could tell from my first couple visits that this is a great community of people to train with.
Khru is a remarkable teacher - for both Muay Thai and the philosophy of Martial Arts. He does great work with everyone, from beginners picking up a new hobby to fighters looking to compete. The gym itself is friendly and welcoming, with everyone supporting each others growth. I have been going for a few months now and have left every class feeling better than I came in. Highly recommend!
Aiki Muay Thai is a gym with professional trainer, welcoming culture, and a variety of trainees to match your level of experience.
It is an equally good place to start as a beginner and to master your existing martial arts skills.
You can expect to have a balanced schedule that includes techniques break-down, cardio and strength exercises, as well as partner practicing and (optional) sparrings.
Everyone here is very knowledgeable and welcoming. From a veteran of the martial art to a new beginner, any and all are welcome to enter.
Aiki is very welcoming. Coach Sosa loves to work hard. He makes sure we understand the important aspects of each lesson. My knowledge of MT has grown a lot in my 2 months here.
