New management is really working hard to make this community an even more beautiful place to live. Immediately next to an elementary school, has a pool for residents during summer months, a fitness center that is kept clean, a playground, soccer field, baseball field... lots of kids around, definitely a family friendly community. They also have a really nice clubhouse you can rent out on weekends for parties for basically free. You put a deposit down when you reserve it then after your party you get the deposit back as long as you don't trash it or damage anything. Nice place to live

For a trailer park rental main office it includes a pool during the summer. Smoking 🚬 balcony. We had a dj, no one complained about the noise. Has a fridge and freezer. A Large 🍽 dinning room. And a large living room with comfy couches and leather chairs 💺 👌 😀! HIGHLY RECCOMEND. We also were able to fix a photo booth. If you ever need a DJ let me know or a photo booth or people to set up w everything went so smoothly im highly impressed.

This place is good at anytime of the day.
