Dr. Boyd delivered my son 18 years ago. She is absolutely awesome. I stopped going because the office manager refused to code my insurance properly and as a result I had overpaid, but that's been awhile and hopefully she's long gone. I got tired of getting into it with her.
I have absolutely no problems with Dr Boyd or any of her staff. Everyone is nice and welcoming. I've heard horror stories but I didn't run into a single rude person at all in the office. They are all helpful and will work you on anything you need. Watch out if you ever have to call to make an over due payment that has been sent to their collection department though. Yikes. That was torture from the greeting. The lady couldn't even find the facility name, couldn't find Dr Boyd's name either. I had to give her the facility address for her to get it right and then she still called it by a different name. Did I miss something?
Name change or not.... Definitely a good place to go, nice caring staff and Dr Boyd doesn't beat around the bush.
