Adam was a great guy! He was friendly, professional & courteous, and he was more than happy to answer all my silly questions. He arrived in the block of time that they told me he would, and he gave me a courtesy call to let me know when he was about 30 minutes away. Replaced a leaking toilet. They were able to come the next day, as requested. The person I talked to over the phone was very helpful, answered all my questions and provided good advice.
