  Amazing food, really authentic and a great setting. The service was amazing and the staff were very friendly - great Texan hospitality. We'll definitely be back and would encourage anyone to try it - you won't be disappointed!

  bbq... very delicious. It's so tasty. Service treated us so nice. Bring your hunger - portions are large. Menu is like a cafe in Indianapolis I liked.

  Our family came to visit Dallas TX on a vacation and knew we wanted to experience authentic Texas BBQ and this place DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! IT WAS DELICIOUS!!! Beyond what we expected the staff was super friendly and super cozy atmosphere. We loved it here.

  WOW! OK I know BBQ is pretty popular and everyone has their favorite, but you gotta try Sammy's! Fork tender sliced brisket that is smoky and juicy! No dry slabs of meat here. Their loaded potato casserole is the best part of a loaded baked potato in every bite! They have a variety of fresh sides that are all house made. Coleslaw was tasty too. Definitely worth a try!

  Fast, friendly and amazingly delicious! We had 5 people, 3 pulled pork sandwiches with okra or beans, 2 meat plate with ribs, chopped brisket, potato salad and okra and another 2 meat plate with pulled pork and pork loin with potato casserole and Cesar salad. We all left very full and very happy! BBQ sauce was delicious with a little kick but not too spicy.

Sammy's BBQ is on another level! If I could give 6 stars, I would! Heaps of bbq and some of the best sides in town. Loved Sammy's BBQ! I knew coming to Dallas I'd be getting some good Barbeque, but Sammy's was better than expected! The portion sizes here are huge and at a manageable price point.
