Her energy is gentle, peaceful, & contagious. Her home yoga studio is beautiful, spacious, cozy, & super clean with a lovely patio & zen garden. She’s such a wise, loving, flexible, & kind human being. One of my Yoga teachers - Dean - who completed his 200h Yoga Teacher Training many years ago with Sheri - highly highly recommends her. It’s has been a honor to have met her & a joy to be accepted as one of her students in this beautiful journey. Looking forward to being around her & learning from her. It has been a blessing.
