Great customer service by Jen! Very friendly and informative! Even though the customer service on the website had incorrect information regarding the Free Move-In Truck, Jen assured me they do have one available. She’s a treasure! Don’t lose her!

Love this place. The Customer Service was great. The unit was easy to rent and access when I needed to. The building and grounds were kept clean, and the entire facility was well taken care off. Would go back to renting another unit when needed in a heartbeat.

Jen was a lifesaver. After reserving my unit and taking advantage of the free truck promotion. She was able to assist with all the extra questions I had. Even upsold me to a closer unit with a wider door. Thankfully she did as the unit I had initially reserved would have had a door I'd have to squeeze through. She even gave me water as I attempted to hustle and meet the truck return deadline, giving me a little more time so I didn't pass out in this extreme heat. One of the best experiences I've had, and will gladly recommend this location to anyone based on the fact that she made this process as painless as possible. Thanks again Jen, you rock!

So much better than the Buckner and thornton PF. This gym? Perfection. Not too busy, plenty of machines, awesome employees. Completely different than the other location. Thank God, or I'd switch gyms. Shoutout to the employees here, y'all are amazing
