Lisa and Bob are a dream to work with and their technician is a total pro. They are extremely ethical and above board in their communications and pricing. There have been NO bad surprises. We are 5 months into our relationship with iDoc and I cannot imagine ever switching. We went with a pre-owned machine and it has been great. We had an initial issue, they came out the same day I called and tried to fix the machine, it was still making noises so they replaced it, no questions.

The ease of working with them has been the best part of the relationship. They've also provided great service and quality products for several years now. Naturally, we just signed a new contract.
