Amazing gym!! I've been going to Mvement for almost a year now, and they are just as good now as what they were when first opened. I love the different types of classes and the staff is amazing.

This gym is EVERYTHING!!! The facilities, the owners and the coaches are truly amazing. There is a feeling of community and love for everyone there!! They don’t just want your money. They want you as a person! If you’re nervous, just try it! One membership offers access to SO MUCH. I can honestly say I’ve never gotten so much value for the price at a gym. Did I mention I’ve also lost 15lbs since joining? Sign up!!! I can’t recommend this place enough!!!!!

Very friendly and welcoming people. Good CrossFit programming. Air-conditioning is a nice touch during the summer.

MVEMENT has so many amazing features that are unparalleled. This gym offers friendly communication from staff, great amenities, knowledgeable trainers, multi-concept, a strong community and tough workouts! I love being apart of the MVEMENT family!

Looking for a boujee gym but hate the boujee attitude and price tag? Then look no further!! As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by a smiling face that knows you by name, a clean as eff space, and lights that would make the club feel jealous. Not only are all of the employees amazing, the members are as well. Not your typical “c-word we don’t speak of” gym where you get sized up as soon as you walk in. (Lololol but y’all know what I’m talking about.) This place really cares about your health and wellness, not just collecting your membership fees. The different classes they offer are amazing, never in my life would I think I would enjoy boxing and yoga but here we are! All of the coaches and instructors are so incredibly knowledgeable, and it is so nice to be able to try something new (ahem, hot hiit whut?!) and feel SAFE while you’re doing it. As soon as you walk through those doors, you know you’re in great hands. I couldn’t recommend this place more. I just wish I was under the age limit so I could go play in the epic kids room as well.
