  Not only will you get a GREAT workout here, the energy is amazing. Both trainers are certified and very knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition. I appreciate the passion they have for helping others reach their goals in the healthiest way possible. Their attentiveness to each individual and their fitness level is also appreciated. They hold you accountable while encouraging you to push through. The classes are challenging but will leave you feeling accomplished afterwards. Great vibe all around!

  You definitely need to come check out Redeem Fitness LLC for your fitness & health goals. You will not be disappointed. The energy of the instructors is both encouraging and caring. And the workouts are intense & just about kill you (exaggerating), which is great for me. I like a challenge and am more motivated in group exercise/training, like this set up.
  
  Thank you both for bringing this opportunity to a city I grew up in. (I'm just right down the street now in Red Oak.)
  I know if I do my part with nutrition and consistency, I'll be able to achieve my desired weight loss & fitness goals.
  
  Lastly, I really appreciate that they are Christians, put God first, and pray at the end of workout sessions. :))

  For the last couple of days I’ve been suffering with sciatica in my right leg. This morning after I attended the stretch and recovery class I feel much better and my leg is no longer hurting. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about your individual needs. The environment is nice and clean which is an added benefit. I’ve finally found my workout family!!!

  Great atmosphere! Great trainers! The trainers are very knowledgeable and encouraging! The Power Up class is definitely a full body workout which includes strength training and cardio. All I can say is be prepared to sweat 💦 and reach your fitness goals! No pain, no gain!
