Professional, courteous, and very responsive. This rental experience was a breeze. Latitia's communication was quick and the quality of the chairs was excellent. You can tell that she cares about the success of your event and how her business can help make that happen.

Latitia (owner) went above and beyond. She stayed a little late so I could get fitted for my suit. The first suit was was to big and she got me another ASAP. Because of COVID, not many places were open so by the time I found her, she only had about 12 days to get me my suit and make sure it fit. Remember, the first one didnt so she was on top of it to get another smaller on in. Definitely glad to support this small business and help it grow and you should too. Not sure if it's always by appointment but it is for now which was great, I didnt have to wait for a measurement and she was always there to answer questions.

They carry a variety of sizes. Being a plus size woman, it's hard finding a shop that carries plus size formal wear. A bonus is that she has a list of alteration vendors/services that she and her clients have utilized in case your purchase needs alterations. The owner personally met me at the place where the alterations could be done, so I wouldn't be confused on telling them what was needed to be done. I would like to see them get a bigger sign, so individuals looking for the boutique have an easier time finding them. Overall good selection and great customer services.

The owner was very helpful and so sweet! I made the appointment very last minute and she didn’t mind at all. She has a nice selection of wedding dresses along with everything else that you may need for a wedding. Thank you for a great experience
