The service department is AWESOME here. We came in to get a "works" package. Victor took care of us. He treated us like we were VIPs. He made sure that our bill was credited to our service plan. Victor accurately quoted how long our wait time would me. We were in and out in about an hour and forty-five minutes without an appointment. That's not bad, I've waited at Firestone for over three hours for a simple oil change. I'd highly recommend taking your car to Mac Haik Ford DeSoto for your car care needs.
