Walgreens ATM

I have had my car towed to this location in the past, and after my previous repair shop closed, they are they only place I trust to bring my car to. They are honest and upfront, and have never tried to upsell services I did not need. I recently had to have my battery and alternator tested because my car suddenly died. I walked in (with no appointment, during a rain storm and tornado warning) and was immediately taken care of by Floyd, who assured me they would get me back on the road as soon as they could. They performed the check needed and upon leaving, I found that they had waived the fee for the check. I am overwhelmed at the kindness shown to me, simply because they care about their customers. I am thankful for the employees here who always look out for me, and I will continue to patronize this business. Places like this are hard to find, and I highly recommend this location!

You get an honest estimate of repairs, and they get speedy delivery of parts used in your repair. Very competitive prices; they really want to price the average Joe to come to their shop; they want your business. Friendly, top-notch service is done by Floyd Bowsher (Manager) and his competent and reliable automotive mechanics and technicians. They don't drag their knuckles returning your vehicle within a reasonable amount of time or in returning your phone calls about the status of your vehicle--very unlike the major repair shop around a mile away. No bs from the AAA shop at 2400 Sobeck Avenue-- a little hidden in the NE quadrant of the intersection at Winchester Pike and James Road (follow the first long driveway on the right headed north from Berwick Party House, but well worth the effort to find it)...they're A-1! Very clean shop, neat office, plenty of parking. and complimentary coffee. Highly recommended. FIVE STARS from us!
