Dr. Tilger is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. He is honest and upfront about all your options. His staff is very professional and everyone has a great attitude. His office is also taking all necessary precautions for Covid. I would definitely recommend.

Dr. Tilger and staff are remarkable! I went in for a consultation and ended up using Dr. Tilger for my necessary procedures. Another periodontist wanted to sedate me twice, two different procedures, weeks apart and at an OUTRAGEOUS cost. Considering I don't have dental insurance a second opinion was a wise decision. Dr. Tilger explained what needed to be done and assured me I didn't need to be sedated. Who wants that anyway?! I did a pre-op two days ahead of the procedure and on procedure day I felt confident on who I chose. My frenectomy and gum grafting went smoothly and best of all, no pain! I was sore, but that was to be expected. When I went for my post-op consultations I was in and out. I'm really glad I went to him for a second opinion.
