It was pleasing that the protocol is to take a picture, sign in with my information, and print out a Name Tag, before visiting the Patient. The Patient shared that she is being taken good care of by your Facility…..

The administrative staff took care of all the details in a kind and professional manner. The on-site nurse took the time to stop by the room and introduce herself and let us know that he would be well treated.
