  Got in late. Driving from North Carolina to California. Husband and 2 kids.. we were exhausted. Front desk was super nice and even extended our checkout time an hour.
  Room was clean and temperature was comfortable with it being 85 at 12am. Beds are plush... extra cushioning and pillows are very very fluffy. So relaxing and rested really well with having driven for 11 hours. Check out was easy. Overall great experience

  Very nice accommodations. Food was excellent and prepared fresh, along with the bar service. Room was very large and had all the necessities, clean.

  My husband and I loved loved loved this hotel. We can't wait to book again. The exceptional customer service is what got us, it's all about customer service and how you handle the customer's that's trying to get a room. One of the ladies name was Monai she was so nice and the lady that checked us out was super nice I can't remember her name. They have a river walk where you can walk by the lake and just enjoy the cool breeze. Everything was amazing we can't wait to book again.

  Nice service, the rooms had a lot of room, and I thought it was pretty nice and clean. I was there for a few days during a hockey tournament hosted there, and overall, I had an enjoyable experience during my stay. Definitely would recommend staying.
