In an extraordinarily difficult time, Merit has been so supportive and wonderful to my family. When my father was a hospice patient, Brian patiently described the process and cost to me, making sure to answer questions that were specific to my family’s plans for a service in another state. When my father passed, the team was so kind to our entire family and, in truth, were the only ones we interacted with on that day who treated my father’s remains with true respect while caring for our family members. Merit personalized our experience and worked hard to communicate everything with us in a professional, timely and empathetic manner. Shiloah was a gem and consistently demonstrated compassion and knowledge while answering my questions. She even arranged to have my father’s ashes and death certificates delivered directly to my mother’s home to make this experience easier. I cannot imagine feeling more supported and cared for during this difficult time and we are all so thankful to Shiloah, Brian and the entire Merit team.

We worked with Shiloah Hale at Merit Memorial after my Mom's passing. Shiloah was amazing!! She was very gentle and compassionate. Honestly, I don’t know where to start. Merit Memorial was amazing throughout the whole process from the first day I contacted for more information to the day of the funeral. Where can I start. They were a true blessing!!!! They made the whole process easy and stress free. Not to mention their package prices for different kind of services were reasonable!
