He’s quick to respond to phone calls/emails for service and arrives on time. Most recently, he took care of a warranty claim on a thermostat and promptly replaced it - no charge or hassles.

They did a great job, were quick and efficient. Washburn has been servicing our system for many years and have always been very prompt in responding to our requests for service and have been up-front and honest about our system needs and costs. I highly recommend Washburn Heating and A/C.
