I am so thankful for Home Care Assistance. I have been the caregiver for my bed bound husband, but recently realized that I needed some help, and the freedom to take occasional breaks and go to the grocery store. From my initial phone call and home visit with Ben, I was immediately at ease and felt good about this company. When I met our caregiver, Sha, I was pleased that she has such a great personality and work ethic. She has been the perfect fit for us. Sha sees what needs to be done and just gets busy doing it. She has been great about my husband's personal care needs as well as meal prep, medication management, and changing his bedding as needed. Home Care Assistance doesn't provide "sitters." They provide workers that care for and help with the challenges of senior living. We are grateful for their help.

Home Care Assistance of Richardson has provided an exceptional care giver for my 96 year old mother with Dementia. From helping with daily house hold cleanings, food preparation and laundry. Without assistance it would be impossible for me to keep my mother in a safe home environment. The owners and staff are always friendly and cooperative to our requests.

They keep my Mom in good spirits and I have the peace of mind that she is well taken care of.
