This company, represented by Tammi, is outstanding. I'm overwhelmed with gratitude for her understanding and care even though I'm not a client yet. I'm searching for support for my mother's care and the company was recommended by a friend. I called and left a message. Tammi called me back in less than 5 minutes. She really understood what our family needed within just a few minutes of our conversation. For something that's so personal as caring for my mother, it is reassuring to know this company has such a high level of dedication to service and integrity.
Very satisfied with the home health care my grandma received from Destiny's. The RN and therapists who visited our home were quite helpful, caring, and professional. My grandma is the primary patient, but we both needed to be educated on how to best adapt and deal with her new health issues and limited mobility. We received valuable tips and instructions tailored to our specific needs. These are great folks to work with!
This is a great family ran business and the staff are highly qualified and professional. The nurses are vetted strenuously and the make sure to link appropriate nurses with the patient. The physician is very thorough and I would recommend this agency at anytime! Speaking from a professional we always want to do our due diligence and make sure our loved ones are taken care. They provide a positive work atmosphere and constantly give back to the community.
These reviews that talk about them only caring about money are bogus. When my hours went from 14.5 to 32 they had a problem finding someone to take the hours I needed on a particular day of the week and after trying everything they could think of and everyone, instead of trying to change my mind they were so invested in my needs that they suggested I go to another agency that could cover that day. Which would have meant they would lose all 32 hours. Obviously not in in for the money, that is what made me decide to stick with them no matter what. My aide (who has really become my friend) is wonderful, I had something unexpected happen on her day off and she came and helped me anyway. Don't pay attention to the bad reviews they do not steal clients. What happened with me is that my aide switched over to them because she found out they treated their employees and clients better than Hunter (the company she was with) and rather than lose her I did too. And I am so glad I did. Destiny had nothing to do with the switch. I truly believe Hunter is behind the bad reviews.
I rarely leave reviews but this time I had to, what a wonderful company this is. They have taken care of a family member and their care is exceptional. They truly care and they show it, not only at the Beginning but all throughout their care. I ask nurses about them before and even my own research all I found was great things. I got referred to them by a neighbor so for someone to do that you know it’s a good company. Blessings to all, I truly 100% recommend them and my nurse was such an angel.
