I have personally sent them all of my friends who have insurance estimates and want quality work done. When I saw a small little imperfection a couple weeks later they were eager and happy to correct it quickly. I drove in and they dropped what they were doing to get it buffed in a couple minutes. Priceless service!

Received estimate over the phone and brought truck in the following week. Very responsive communication, delivered on promise for a fraction of the cost. Very large operation and busy body shop but treats even the minor repairs like they are important. Will 100% recommend Orlando and his team.
