  Hands down the best gym my husband and I have ever been members at. Always clean, never a wait for equipment (!!!), and equipment is brand new with a very versatile range. Corey (owner) and Dominic (trainer) are extremely friendly and truly want their patrons to achieve their individual fitness goals without ever pushing products or services. I feel so comfortable working out there and have been empowered to try new movements / equipment because of what is available to use there which has resulted in an increase in excitement about working out. Gyms can sometimes feel intimidating when you are first starting out but this is not one of those gyms. Would give 10 stars if I could. Everyone should have access to a gym like the one Corey has built. I've had memberships at 3 other DFW gyms and have never met a manager let alone the owner, and have never seen a trainer who works with members like Dominic does. He truly knows what he's doing and he's teaching people how to safely do movements.

  I've just started but first impressions are VERY positive. The manager/owner is Corey, very nice guy who is knowledgeable and helpful. Dominic is the trainer and he is super competent and friendly. The place is spotless and super modern. They have a good selection of machines and free weights, and I have had no trouble getting time on any equipment. Everything is new, good quality and operational. Restrooms and showers are nice and clean, soap/towels not provided. Members get a key fob to gain entry during and after regular hours. I will update when I've been around longer, but so far I love it.

  I joined here because it was so close to my house, but honestly it was the best gym decision I have ever made! It has everything I need, it's always clean and it's never packed. Corey is the best and makes a real effort to get to know his members needs. This place is my new second home.

  This gym is not your typical gym. It offers equipment that I haven't really seen at other locations. The owner definitely makes you feel welcome, and from someone who struggles with being comfortable at a gym, that has certainly helped me ease into the process of going to gym. I definitely recommend this location for people who are starting to get fit and feel uncomfortable and lost at large gyms, because the owner will certainly help you with any questions you may have, and the environment feels very homey.

  This new gym is the best one I have been to. Corey, the owner, is very well educated, nice and knows everyone by name. He does not try to push you into something you don't want to. The equipment is very very nice and the space is very great for all needs. I would recommend this gym to any one. Perhaps the best gym I have found to date!
