I was traveling from out of town when I started to experience a breakout in hives/rash of some sort. I went here and was seen quickly and given a prescription to help ease my symptoms. My only complaint and why I didn’t give visit 5 stars was while the NP was in the room with me, there was a knock on the door and a man (I’m assuming a janitor??) barges in talking about he has to collect the trash! I felt that was very inappropriate due to patient privacy and HIPPA laws. I had my jacket off and was wearing a tank top so the NP could see the rash on my arms; what if I was completely disrobed and NP was examining me! Someone please inform that man to not enter exam rooms that are occupied. The trash could have waited to be collected once the room was empty.

The name for this urgent care center is appropriate. I am a physician who recently went in for a skin avulsion/laceration repair. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful, as well as efficient. My laceration was repaired by a nurse practitioner named Rosie who did an excellent job. I was happy with every aspect of my care and felt fortunate that out of all the local urgent care centers, I ended up at this one. I would highly recommend them.

This by far was one if the best experiences at an urgent care. Trisha, NP was very thorough and listened to me. She treated me like I was family. Will definitely return here for my urgent care needs.

SO pleased with the care that my Mom (who was visiting us from out of state) received today. Mom came home from her visit raving about Trisha Alsbrooks - how nice, kind, and patient she was! Mom said that she wasn't nervous because she trusted Trisha who quickly established a bond with Mom. And, Mom received great care that addressed the health issues she had.

We drove 45 minutes to this facility based upon the recommendation from a friend who also had a great experience. I'll recommend Trisha and Exceptional Urgent Care to all my friends!
