Joanna was awesome yesterday! I needed some stepping stones for my yard, and she helped see all the options, found the perfect flagstone that matched what I already had, then went above and beyond, and grabbed a cart to load them onto. Not only that, but then she loaded all of the flagstone for me, and pushed the cart to the front. While I was checking out, she called for back up and got another guy to assist in loading it into the back of my van. That is what I call wonderful customer service! I didn’t have to ask for service for anything, she went above and beyond and made me feel cared for - and now I have beautiful stepping stones in my backyard. Thanks so much Joanna!

The owner and foreman stopped by routinely during the work to check on it and ask if we had any questions or concerns. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. thrilled with the service and the job.

Had a typical Erie snowstorm roll through which created some fairly big ice dams on our gutters. I made the call at 9 a.m. and within 2 hours someone was here to service remove the snow from the roof. All the while answering my questions and dropping knowledge on me making me a smarter future customer. Would call them again.
