(December 9, 2019, 5:34 pm)Ok, I stopped by last Saturday to see if Carlos can open up my watch back cases. They were really tighten and i couldnt open it for a long time! I have been searching everywhere and they all gave me silly answers trying to over charge me!! I knew if i have a giant watch vise i can open it up but it is heavy and not feasible to have it at my home. Anyhow Carlos maybe not smile or answering phone in certain way but he opened up the watch cases very well!! Super honest with his honesty of the final charge. Will definitely come back for other type of works need to be done!
