  From the first person I spoke with to the very last person I spoke with at this dealership, I was impressed with their product knowledge and desire to understand what I wanted, what suited my personality, and match me with an available vehicle. When Mr. Clay Cooley came out and spoke with me in person, I was sold on the customer care and appreciation of the entire team. My Cadillac SUV is currently in the service department getting a few things checked out and an inspection completed and they have kept me in the loop on what they have found. I would recommend all of these wonderful people, Oliver, Danny, Kevin, and all of the others that helped me with my purchase. Johnny and I love the new vehicle! Thank you to all of you and to Clint Fowler in Service who is the best service manager I have ever dealt with!

  My experience in your dealership was excellent. The people who treated us were very polite. The person who helped us was Christopher Lane, who was an excellent seller, polite and extremely patient. He was the last person who got out of the dealership( the physical building), he waited with us until the insurance sent the ID cards. He was very helpful. Also, the person in finance, who we worked with, had all these amazing qualities as well. We will definitely recommend this delearship with anyone who is looking to buy a car, friends, family and even strangers because we felt comfortable, nobody pressured us in buying the car, and overall were very patient and polite with us. We are very grateful that we bought our car in this dealership with these people.

  CHARLIE H.AND CHRIS L. WERE PERFECT. I WENT IN AND TOLD CHARLIE EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AND HE DID EVERYTHING HE COULD TO MAKE IT HAPPEN! HE MADE SURE I WAS WELL TAKEN CARE OF EVEN WHEN HE WAS OUT!!! DEFINITELY CHANGED MY PERCEPTION OF THIS DEALERSHIP FROM THE PREVIOUS ENCOUNTER!!..

  We are still very excited about our recent purchase from Clay Cooley Chevrolet. We arrived to the dealership expecting to test drive the vehicle located online at Cars.com and it hadn't came in on transit. So, the salesman L.A. Warren, Jr. suggested that we work the numbers and take delivery of the vehicle after make ready. Because the dealership had a lot of inquiries for it. The very best decision for my family. He really took care of us. We had been searching for the vehicle and every time we arrive somewhere the vehicle had sold. Great job!
