The instructor was very knowledgeable. Has worked in the field for years. I really appreciate the thorough explanation because this was my first ACLS course. I felt so much more comfortable with the material by the end of the course!

I have had a really positive experience through RC Health's EMT program. With chaotic COVID times, they handled it well. My initial instructor was Tim Taylor who was GREAT--so responsive and helpful and caring. Angie how works for RC Health has also been SO resourceful and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about her!!! She went out of her way to answer my questions. The skills days were great for learning hands on and Jimmy ran it wonderfully. We had the chance to ask endless questions, practice receptively until we felt comfortable, and it was evident the instructors cared. My only difficulty has been the switching of instructors. I would recommend teachers check in a bit more as I get confused about the online program. But other than that, I loved the flexibility of doing the class online and remotely. Thanks Angie, Tim, Jimmy, and Ashleigh!
