  PHENOMENAL! Trustworthy, reliable! . I WOULD SEND MY GRANDMOTHER TO THIS FIRESTONE I TRUST THEM SO MUCH!
  
  I've always struggled to trust mechanics, but ever since finding this specific Firestone location I haven't had to worry. They always take the time to explain the issues with my car and help me understand what is necessary and what isn't. Most of the time the issues aren't necessary and they tell me that and NEVER try to upsell me. It is such a joy to have a place I can trust with my cars.
  
  Their customer service is also superb! I am always greeted by a nice greeting and prompt attendance and service. We have gotten multiple sets of tires, and many repairs thanks to Firestone. Their prices are also great. They are always at least half the cost of the dealership, but the quality is always the same.
  
  I cannot recommend this Firestone location enough.

  I gave my car at this location for just simple tyre rotation and got mad at technician for taking 2 hours. I do realize they are just working the order in the order they came in but I felt like they had to prioritize the orders based on job completion time but I guess its same in every Firestone location.
  
  But in this location, they got Matthew in front desk. He understands the customer frustration and try to makeup for them so they can leave store on happy note by being honest and explaining the facts and process.

  Great mechanics. They are always priced fairly, and will not find extra stuff wrong with your vehicle to raise the cost, as a matter of fact the cost of the estimated work it was less expensive. After taking a closer look at the vehicle it was found that the fix was easier than the electronic diagnosis suggested

  I would not normally review this type of service unless I had an issue. However these guys were excellent. The chairs were comfy while you waited. Bottled water and coffee with clean rest rooms. And prices and service was better than the tire only places. Very good experience.
