Dr. Shah was highly recommended by my doctor. Dr. Shah explained the procedure he would use for the spinal fusion and what was best for me. I was extremely happy with the results. I was walking the same day as the surgery. First followup went very well. He is very friendly and professional as well as his staff. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Shah is absolutely wonderful! He has a great bedside manner and he is a very gifted surgeon in my opinion. I have needed several spine surgeries over the past four years and feel very fortunate to have met Dr. Shah and just cannot recommend him highly enough. Dr. Shah and staff have always been professional and courteous. Family, friends and coworkers that I have referred to him have always been well taken care of and agree Dr. Shah is the best!

I had been in pain for a long time, Dr Shah diagnosed my issue quickly and made his surgical recommendation which I was hesitant about. So Dr Shah referred me for physical therapy to see if that would help enough. While going through therapy I got a second opinion which was a different approach so I went back to discuss the two approaches with Dr Shah. I was happy to see him defend his approach in a way that made the most sense for my situation. I have sense had my surgery (disc replacement) and am recovering very rapidly from it. I could tell a positive difference immediately and I am only 3 weeks removed from surgery and having to force myself to take it easy because I feel well enough to do all the things. Baylor surgical hospital is awesome btw they were incredibly nice and the service was exceptional.

Dr. Shah and his staff were incredible! From diagnosing the issue, surgery, and after care follow up, each individual has provided me with great Care and outstanding Customer Service.

My experience with Dr. Shah and everyone I came in contact with from my first appointment in Flower Mound to Surgery to my follow up visit in Irving was incredible. Dr. Shah was friendly, professional and down to earth through the entire process. I have had neck pain for 6 years due to an injury and I had always seen a Dr. In my town. He recommended a spinal fusion and I nearly went through with it. I had a nagging feeling to get a 2nd opinion and am so glad I did. Dr. Shah immediately told me a disc replacement is what I needed, not a fusion. The entire surgical team met with me on the day of surgery to explain what their role would be in ensuring I received the best treatment. I was very nervous but felt so at ease. I just can’t say enough good things about my experience!! My photo was 2 weeks after surgery so I imagine the incision will heal nicely. It looks very clean in comparison to photos I found online.
