Now the details. From the very beginning he was prompt and courteous. He set a quote appointment quickly, took detailed measurements to create the perfect custom piece. His quote was extremely competitive and we hired him. Right before the shower door was to be installed, we discovered an issue with our shower where it had to be completely torn out and redone - thus delaying Rolando. He was extremely patient with us while we sorted through our problems, and kept in contact. He did not rush us or pressure us in any way. Once the shower was put back together he came out and took additional measurements to make sure everything fit. Unfortunately our contractors didn't get everything put back together to the exact spec - glass cannot be reformed and has a very tight tolerance. Rolando was able to salvage the door, and reorder minimal parts. Once he came to install, his attention to detail was second to none. The shower enclosure he installed is absolutely stunning, and brings a new level of elegance to our bathroom. You will not regret hiring Rolos Glass!! -
