Hello all, I normally do not post reviews but I base on my experience I had this week I feel it is very important for me to post the review. So who I am I, I am a 57 year old Black Male. I moved to TX 5 years back. I was a successful HO slot car racer and have had my name and picture posted in a magazine called Auto Scale racing volume 6. As the winner of a 1 hour none stop one man race. I have not raced In over 20 plus years until I stepped into the Dallas Slot Cars facility. I was courious and had my apprehension thinking I would not be welcomed. That was far from the truth, not only was I welcome with open arms by the Owner Jay, but all the drivers came up to me with open arms. I felt like I was apart of the family. I am now a family member of the Dallas Slot Cars facility and will be racing their every Saturday. If your looking for a place to have fun with lovable people This is the place to be.

What a great place to have fun, from regular nascar racing slot cars to indy. And to end the day have some fun running some funny cars and dragster and vintage dragster, you will find something for you to have fun and also for kids and even a little couples racing is fun to see wife and husband racing against each other. The people in both track are so helpful and friendly they make you feel welcome and they will help you to setup your car and feel that you are part of their slot car family. If you are looking to do something with your son, brother or even the wife this is it. Go and check it out you won't be disappointed Saturdays and thursday night. I went on saturday and had a Blast.

My husband and I went there tonight and had a blast! I had never done slot car racing before and everyone was super friendly and helpful. My husband had some old cars from his childhood (Parmas from the 80s/90s) he brought in and the owner Jay helped us fix them up and got us racing them! We got to watch some of the drag races which was cool and talk to people who were tinkering on their cars in their "mini garages". :) We both got to learn a whole lot and like I said everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about the hobby. We came home excited about the hobby and started looking up some additional info about slot cars. Dallas Slot Cars was an excellent experience and my husband and I are very excited about our next visit there. :)
