    My apartment's are in remodeling mode. I was contacted by Brittany today for a heads-up today the contractor was going to remove my stairs Thursday and Friday so there going to fix my patio door for access to my apartment. And this was another reason I chose to stay with west over 80 the customer support staff is excellent and Brittany Thanks for your help with my issue.

    And here is the maintenance technician Victor hussling over with tools and a mr Alonzo I'll get you in if you want to head to the back door and less then 3 minutes I'm in my apartment again Mr Owner this is the service that keeps me here.Victor redid my door and the contractor supervisor apologized for the inconvenience. Can't say enough about Victor my door was reworked so I can secure my apartment .

    Thanks again Brittany and Victor for going above and beyond for me.

    It's now a year since we moved to this place, it has a great experience, the office is supper sufficient, they make sure our stay is peaceful after a turf day in office, Nancy is the best manager she is always there to help in any way. We will be renewing our lease and my main reason is Nancy being there. Thank you for the great service.

    Great management!! Nancy is super efficient and helpful and a professional maintenance team !! I’ve lived here for a while now I really like this place.
