A company towed her car from the autozone parking lot (unauthorized) and Tim and the woman up there (I feel so bad I dont remember her name because she was fantastic also) jumped through hoops to help her get it out. Autozone will be the only place we go for any parts from now on!

(December 14, 2020, 5:23 pm)I needed a bulb for my car headlight. I stopped at two different auto parts stores, and both exhibited poor attitudes and much needed customer service skills. AMAZING!!! I walked into this AutoZone and was immediately greeted with a smile, and a " Hello". Customer Service at its finest. Employees loving what they do, and it showed. Tim thank you so much for making me feel like a priority. You smiled, you were professional but must of all you were willing to help. A-1 Service.
