Ooh Wee Latrece Soul Food

I placed an order through UberEats for an oxtail plate w/baked mac n cheese and cabbage with a side of candied yams. The food was good! Everything was seasoned well and hot when I received it.

The reason for 4 stars? I didn’t receive my candied yams and that was the side I paid extra for. UberEats refunded that item so no issues but I was disappointed because I really wanted my yams.

I will definitely order from them again but would probably pick it up in person just to make sure I get all of my items.

Call in our order it was almost ready when I got there. *Great friendly customer service, *very clean. *food was fresh and hot * all condiments and utensils was included. I ordered smoother pork chops with mash potato & pinto beans. Pork chops was tender & moist with a beautiful brown gravy. Pinto beans was very under cooked. & 1 Beef tip plate with mash potato, cabbage, Mac & cheese. Beef tip was tender, full of flavor & melt in your mouth. Cabbage had good flavor but over cooked. Mac & cheese was tasteless. Corn bread was too too sweet and had sweated to the foil paper. How ever the plates did have a lot of food on them and we had leftovers for later. I will be going back!!!😊

Debbie is a sweetheart. She welcomed us when we came through the door and gave us a little time to look at the menu. She even gave a sample of beef tips and rice because we never had it before. Also, I got to meet the lovely lady who cooks all the food. Her name is La’ trece and her cooking is delicious. I got the pork chops with white rice and mashed potatoes

Hey Guys, This place is awesome for 2 big reasons for me. It is delicious soul food and the location is 12 minutes from my house. I do not like to drive to "the hood" when I get my soul food craving. I have nothing against the hood I just love convenience. The prices are good for the portion sizes. I can eat off of a plate 2 or 3 times. Another plus is it is a black owned business. So stop by and show them some love and support. Trust me you will be glad that you did! Love & Blessings ❤🙏

This place is awesome. I only got a picture of the jerk oxtails but my uncle and I tried to dang near try everything on the menu and I tell you they did not disappoint. We had chicken fried steak cream gravy fried okra mashed potatoes. With my oxtails rice cabbage collard greens green beans and sweet tea. Along with great customer service and nice atmosphere. We will be going back
