  I have now purchased two vehicles from North Central Ford and I have to say both times have been one of the best car buying experiences I have ever been through. You usually hear how stressful buying a car from a dealership can be and horror stories of people spending their entire day going back and forth on negotiations but North Central made it seamless. I walked in with an idea of what I wanted and what they could do to put me in another vehicle and I walked out ecstatic with what they were able to do - some of which I didn't even think possible or ask for.

  North Central did an excellent job making sure the service was correct. The whole drop off and pick up process was handled smoothly and safely. I received regular updates via text and was even able to review and approve the estimate from my phone. They are good example of how service should be done.

  Was provided excellent service. I am not a customer at this location, I had a recall issue with my vehicle and they were the closest location to my workplace. They took me in no problem, got the recall issues fixed in one day, washed my car and got me on my way. The maintenance crew was very professional.

  Everything was done smoothly and professionally, from making my service appointment with the Chat online feature to the check-in process, to the work itself, and to the final check-out. I was kept informed at every step. And, best of all, the problem was fixed under warranty at no charge. I have had nothing but excellent service at North Central Ford for many years. It is one of the main reasons we continue to buy Ford cars.
