I had a extremely painful toothache and was able to be seen as a walk in only three hours before they closed. I got an extraction performed on my severely infected molar and the doctor was incredibly patient, kind, and explained everything very well to me, including aftercare. I am so pleased with this clinic and thankful for the relief of pain they could give me without breaking the bank. Every person I was in contact with at the clinic was professional and sweet. I plan on coming back here for all future dental needs after having less than satisfactory experiences at ideal dental in garland for many years.

I went for my 6 month cleaning today at 11:30am. I was in the office until 1:00pm. It’s a good thing I’m retired and not trying to manage my appointments around a work schedule! The receptionist is terrific! The rest of the staff that I came in contact with were only average. I find the office unprofessional. No one introduced themselves. No one was wearing a face shield- only a surgical mask- not even the dentist. No one checked a blood pressure or asked me about changes to my medications prior to my cleaning. I had to volunteer the names of my new medications. I did get a good cleaning by two different individuals- one polished my teeth and the other was, I’m assuming the hygienist, came in and scraped the tartar. The dentist came in and looked at my X-rays and explained what he saw. Then he said that he was going to have my teeth polished again! Uh, OK? When she finished, a new appointment for my next 6 month visit was made and I was excused. No one said ‘thank you for coming’ or, even ‘good bye’.
The office does take my insurance and is close to home. Sure wish they’d step up their game a little.

I’ve been going to Dr. Bui for over 9 years and always loved my visits… that now my 6yo has started coming too. Dr. Bui fixed all my unaligned and chipped teeth that really fixed my smiles tremendously. I can’t thank him enough. Love his technique of numbing that nobody else does. You have to check this office out and you won’t regret!

I swear Dr Bui saved me. I fractured my molar on a seed, one day before vacation. I found the nearest dentist and got me taken care of.l couldnt believe i had ZERO pain suring the whole procedure.

I've seen Dr. Bui for several years. The office is always clean, kind, and efficient. He's had the same front office staff for a while and they always greet me by name. A strong recommendation from a patient.
