  Both Stephen and Michelle were great motivators for me. They did awesome keeping me on track even when I was being difficult! I loved this program because they focus on all THREE aspects of health: physical, nutrition and MENTAL!!

  Stephen and his trainers are very motivational!! Stephen is very flexible as far as the number and times of training sessions he has available to be able to work around busy mom schedules. Stephen is also very approachable if you are struggling with the workout, the head space you may find yourself in and options and suggestions to help you work your way to a better, healthier you one positive habit at a time if need be! The ladies in the classes I’ve participated in are FOR REAL and are as inspiring as the trainers!!

  Stephen is AWESOME!! He is positive and uplifting, and he doesn’t sugar coat anything. He encourages better nutrition, healthy living, and consistent weight training which makes for a very healthy combination! He completely changed my mindset of what I thought I could do/accomplish and helped me discover what I really wanted. I’m so grateful for the way my life was changed for the better!

  Coach Stephen has reignited my love for exercise, and I am so grateful for that! He lives his passion, and goes above & beyond in caring for his clients. This is not a regular gym only, it’s a wholesome mind and body coaching in a supportive circle of women. So glad I’ve found this hidden gem!

  I love the atmosphere. All women group workouts I feel comfortable. Everyone encourages each other and the best trainers ever. I have not stuck with anything this long. I can feel myself getting stronger every workout. Highly recommend!!
