I had never needed a physical therapist until recently. My tendinitis was not improving after months of neglect and I finally broke down and sought treatment. I was referred to Russell by my trainer and what a relief..... Russell recommended a couple of treatment options which helped almost immediately. He is extremely knowledgeable and understands his patients concerns. When I later pulled a muscle, I didn’t hesitate to reach out to him for treatment. While injuries can happen and require a physical therapist, I now use his services as a preventative to injury. I 100% would recommend him to anyone needing treatment or prevention.

My knee if feeling so much better. I am able to move more freely and faster. The body tempering and dry needling have made a huge difference. I highly suggesting visiting with Russell at Phoenix OPT.

Russel was very friendly and offered much help to my injury. He confirmed my condition and explained everything to me thoroughly. Upon leaving he then sent me steps I can take for home rehabilitation to ensure a full recovery! As a skateboarder I appreciate that.
