Not only did they walk me through everything that was needed, they actually recommended NOT doing a couple of things that I had asked about. Their pricing is fair and work is prompt and done well. I will definitely use them for anything I need in the future.

(September 6, 2019, 7:08 am)I was at Arnold Auto yesterday 9/5/2019 for the first time. They fixed my problem at a very fair price . Very nice people and a clean shop and office . On a 1 to 10 wil will give 15 !!!!!

(May 20, 2019, 8:29 pm)As requested, they replaced both front control arms. No tricks, no "sorry but we need to replace $2000 of other parts" like at the chain stores. Labor rates were reasonable, they had the job done within a few hours as expected. They called me before starting the job, and again when it was done. Y'all have earned a customer!

(December 14, 2018, 6:36 pm)The owner is a very nice guy, and they do really good work at a fair price. I had an electrical problem which caused my truck to completely die at a red light. Had to get it towed. They diagnosed, got the parts and repaired in 24 hours. Truck voltage better than before the problem occurred. I would highly recommend
