Better Me Fitness & Performance

Earlier this year, I started my fitness journey and I knew in order for me to be successful it was important that I found the right place. Due to my trainer relocating, I had to find a new gym in July. My exact words on July 24th were “Finding the right fit is important to me and I don’t want to get lost in the big classes.” During my search, I came across BetterMe & decided to try it out.

I immediately knew this was the right place for me. I knew that I would get the right balance of growth and accountability.

After going 3-5 times per week for several months, I got COVID for the second time and had to allow time for my body to recover. It ended up being almost 2 months and although I wasn’t there physically, I STILL felt like I was. I was STILL part of the group chat, I was STILL able to watch my peers in class pushing themselves, and I was STILL getting the morning motivation texts. I stayed motivated and walked back into the gym for the first time again today. I was welcomed with open arms and it felt like I never left. I strongly believe that because they didn’t forget about me, checked in on me, and showed they cared, it made me hold myself accountable to return.

I highly recommend trying BetterMe. You will get so much more than a gym. If I could rate them 100 stars I would!

BetterMe has amazing instructors who support and encourage you. There are a variety of class times available and they allow you to be flexible about when you attend. Their membership is very affordable and they even have family memberships!! I'm so excited I found BetterMe!!

I give it a thumbs up! The instructors are amazing and while it's not a huge gym they do offer variety. The classes are group based but still offers that one on one personal training feel. I feel like more than a customer, I feel like family. Check it out for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

Been going 5wks and absolutely love it here. The work outs are challenging, staff is personable, and I can feel the changes in my body already!

This is an amazing gym that’s not only built on changing your body but your approach to life. You will instantly feel welcomed whenever you visit the gym. The workouts are great and well planned. There’s general fitness and sports performance training. If you are looking for a group of people to call your fitness family, this is the place for you.
