We contracted Anderson roofing for our roof replacement after a hail storm back in May of 2021. Mark was always on point and on top of his work. Even after when I had some questions or concerns Mark made it a point to come out and address anything. I personally can respect a company who is willing to go out of there way for a customer after final payment has been made. A bad hail storm hit our 2 year old home and destroyed the roof, windows, and various other damages to our new home. But the Anderson family helped get us taken care of very quickly, very professionally, and helped take care of all of the damage. They were very easy to get a hold of any time we reached out, very good with follow-up through the process, and overall just pleasant to work with, everyone that works there. We even had an issue with a few bad shingles down the road and they came out immediately to resolve. So many questionable roofing companies out there just trying to make a quick buck, these guys are a legit business with impeccable standards for how they run things. Highly recommend this team! Hopefully we don't need another roof soon, but we will be using them again when the time comes.

Anderson Roofing has been our roofing company of choice for our home since purchasing it 30+ years ago. Anderson handled our only roof replacement many years ago. Just recently, they handled our roof repair as they inspected thoroughly, made needed repairs, and refreshed the appearance. They were responsive and very timely with their work. Anderson Roofing has replaced our roof twice, and they did a great job both times. They’ve also inspected our roof a few other times over the years, and they would tell us if the roof did not need to be replaced. Chad has also recently pointed out a couple of minor repairs that needed to be done and offered to take care of them. This is the kind of customer service Anderson provides. When other roofers come knocking on the door, we just tell them we have a roofer already, and we’re very happy with them!

Anderson is now our go to roofing replacement and repair company. We own multiple rental properties and have dealt with many roofers and contractors over the years. With that being said, Anderson is the only company we will be calling in the future. The quality and customer service they offer is unmatched and their prices are great. The transparency and communication on every roof repair or roof replacement has been outstanding!
