No frills cafe... with very delicious food. Was probably the best omelet I have had. Normally places brown /overcook the egg...this one was perfect. Also normally I would send back undercooked hash...but they made them crispy like I requested..and they were amazing. CFC was very good with a nice gravy. Also the service was wonderful. 3 different people checked in on us during our visit.. We will definitely be back soon.
Great little cafe. My husband and I have been going to Mom's for about 11 years. The same cook has been there the whole time. We love their breakfast and lunch. Today we had lunch. I like the Chicken Fried Steak with mashed potatoes and gravy, and fried okra. (sorry I had cut into steak before taking picture) Everything was great. This is one of my favorite go to places that is really close to home. They have a great breakfast and lunch menu. If you are looking for a neighborhood jewel, this is it.
Mom's cafe is a nice and Old Fashioned down home style Southern kitchen. The food was very good and tasty. Loads of options for old fashioned style cooking.
The atmosphere well absolutely nothing special going on here with that. Could actually use an update in there atmosphere might help boost wanting to be there. The times I have been in the neighborhood they are always busy and have people there so I know there are loads of people that enjoy the meals as I did.
The cleanliness of the place is pretty good just that with it being old looking it does not look to be as clean as I suspect it might be.
The wait staff was nice and friendly and did a fair job on their service but nothing outstanding and out of the way that I've noticed. When I'm looking for down home style food this is a place likely come back to.
The parking situation here is not great as there are not a lot of parking spaces
available. Not a lot of parking spaces.
They do not have really anything for making it easy for handicapped or wheelchair persons. No special entries or curbside options mainly I think because there are no are very little parking spaces to begin with. Located in the center of a small shopping strip. You're looking for old fashioned Homestyle southern cooking could be the right place for you.
I ate 2 times in this Mom's cafe. First I ate banana bomb pancake and the second was mom's omelet. Denver meal.is good too
Clean, friendly employee and price reasonable
