Keenon Thurmond: Allstate Insurance

Keenan is awesome and I would recommend him and his agency to anyone. If it wasn't for All State significantly raising my auto policy rates in just 6 months I would not have moved all six of my policies.

He made himself available and always took the time to patiently provide answers to any questions I may have had and quickly got back to me whenever I had an inquiry.

Highly recommend using this agency for your insurance needs. Keenon is helpful, and extremely knowledgeable.

I have always liked Allstate Insurance. They treat you right and are there for you when you need them.

Great agent, never had an issue with him. I came to him with the fact that i have had bad luck with insurance in the past (wrecks when I was just learning how to drive) so I could barely get a quote under $1k for full coverage. Keenon understood that I was on a budget and helped me talk about just basic bottom of the line coverage for now until my rates lowered or I could afford something more. I also have renters insurance bundled.

Keenon doesn't bug me with calls, texts, or excessive emails (one of my biggest pet peeves). I just get an email that lets me know my policy is about to renew or if I have new documents to download. Pretty simple and to the point!
