  AMAZING & sooo beautiful and relaxing! You don't even feel like you need to leave the hotel. Very family friendly or a lovely romantic getaway. Excellent customer service! We will definitely be back!

  10/10 would stay here again! Beautiful hotel and layout. Staff was sincerely incredible. Really went above and beyond for us any chance they could! Clean, quite, and cozy place. Cannot wait to rerun

  We did a staycation w/ our 14 year old son for an extended weekend. Luckily the pools, golf course and gym was open so we were able to enjoy some of the amenities. Are main complaint was boredom. At a resort we are accustom to activities such as movie at the pool, fitness classes, volleyball, guitar player (music) basket weaving, etc... there was nothing to do at night. Our son was pretty board most of the time. The pool slide was disappointing - def for little kids. And, the pools closed at 8 pm. We did not use the bikes as the area was hilly and didn’t seem bike friendly. Perhaps electric bike options would have been fun. The walls are thin and the rooms kinda small, but clean and the king bed and roll away was comfortable. The resort location was good - near balboa island and fashion island. Unfortunately, the mall closed at 7 pm. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was super clean and well maintained.

  We got upgraded to a bay view. The rooms were beautiful and the food and the staff were great. Also it was my first time getting to use the casting feature for the in room TV. It blew my mind that I could watch Netflix from the hotel TV. Very convenient and our name was displayed on the TV too. Very awesome stay

  I highly recommend HUG Roofing & Construction! I called them about some minor leaks in our roof and they responded immediately and clearly explained and fixed the issues. They were very professional and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

  HUG Roofing was referred to me by a friend, and I have already referred them to another. Dwayne did a great job of explaining the process and keeping up informed step by step. His crew did a great job, completed the project promptly, and did a great job with the clean up. Dwayne addresses any concerns promptly and thoroughly.

  We reached out to 4 companies when looking for a roofer. From the first contact through the last Workman cleaning up our property - we were impressed and pleased with the whole process of working with HUG Roofing. Dwayne was honest, offered solutions & communicated often & proactively through the entire installation. I had TOTAL piece of mind through it all. I HIGHLY recommend them and they are my first choice for a roofIng or construction company!

  Hug Roofing is doing our roof today! Being "newer" homeowners, they have been SUPER helpful and patient in explaining the process to us. They even came out when the insurance adjuster came to make sure they documented all of the damage and that we got a fair quote. (We, as homeowners don't know what they look at so Hug was our representative!) They arrived on schedule this morning and their entire crew was very friendly! I look forward to sharing with our neighborhood, friends and family what a wonderful, honest, professional roofing company this is!

  Dwayne, a kind and caring family man and owner of this company, has always been very professional in the work he performs including my roof and my daughter's entire roof, gutters and fencing which passed a follow-up insurance inspection first time around. All work was done to specifications and the entire area around the house was cleared of every nail and all debris. Thanks HUG Roofing and a personal thanks to Dwayne.... Will definitely recommend you and your company.
