My laptop went into the blue screen loop after a Windows update and ended up corrupted. Everyone I dealt with a company name was very helpful and pleasant. They went above and beyond to help me keep my costs down by only recovering a few files that I specified (I had the rest backed up). They were able to restore my laptop and retrieve the files I asked for. When I picked up my laptop they booted it up and went over things with me, making sure I understood everything. I was very pleased with the service.
