33 North Apartments - Student Living

These apartments have become the absolute best for me! A whole new management team came in November and all of my issues have been resolved since the new team came on.
I have had a bad ant problem in my kitchen for the longest of time and no matter how many times pest control came in to spray, they would still be there. After the switch of pest control companies, I haven’t had ANY pest control issue anymore!
The front desk staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. For example I have accidentally locked myself out of my apartment a few times and when maintenance wasn’t in the office to help me right away, Ariana would go and open my door for me instead of having me wait for maintenance. Speaking of maintenance, they are AMAZING! They get to the work orders extremely fast and if there is any delay it is because they are ordering something to come in. My dishwasher stopped working and wouldn’t turn on and they tried to fix it first. After the second try they decided to order me a brand new dishwasher, which of course took a couple of days to get in, and installed it the same day it got to the office. They were extremely helpful and always kept me updated on the status of the work order even if it was small.
I 100% recommend this complex to all of my friends because the new staff, management, and maintenance have made the rest of my stay here great.
