Fast, professional, quality work. My water heater went out Thanksgiving week. Knee Deep was here within hours. Cuyler did the install which required some modifications in an old closet. He did a great job and everything was working and cleaned up by noon the day of installation! 5 star!

Michael and Nate got there quicker than expected to get our water shut off. They were clearly professionals, not just a couple of guys. They explained what was needed, and then went beyond that to prevent future problems. They kept me posted as to status and finished quicker than they had promised. I have no reason to call anyone else the next time I need plumbing help.

We had a complete renovation done on our home and Michael and Nate were always willing to explain everything they needed to do and did some great on site trouble shooting.

They did a massive project involving replacing all of our cast iron sewer lines. Cuyler spent a good amount of time and effort with the initial estimate which was competitive. They began the work on time and gave updates daily on the progress. They were even able to move some plumbing inside our laundry room while working on the sewer lines. Invoicing was very easy. Highly recommend!
