Eye Care of Denton

Eye Care of Denton was wonderful! They got me in quickly and took time to go through my concerns. They were upfront with pricing, something I always appreciate, and everyone was so kind. It was my first time visiting an eye doctor, so I was a bit apprehensive, but they calmed my nerves and explained everything they were doing. I’ll definitely be back!

Dr Sugianto took time to explain everything to me from my exam that had not been fully explained at my previous eye doctor and left me confused and anxious. She walked through the results of my exam and made sure I was comfortable with her and explanations before I left and put me at ease. I had to wait for my husband to pick me up and she waited with me because they had closed by time he was on his way so I wasn’t sitting alone. Very kind, patient, and knowledgeable.

The entire staff at Eye Care was helpful and friendly from the moment I arrived through checking me out. Taking advantage of the latest testing equipment offered here made my appointment much more comfortable than my past experiences. Dr Kim was very thorough with my exam and explained all test results clearly. Placing my appointment online was also easy and convenient. I highly recommend this office!

I was very pleased with my visit to EyeCare of Denton. They were very quick and did not leave me waiting and got me back right on my appointment time. Everyone was very pleasant, courteous, and professional. The staff answered all questions and was very helpful. The Doctor took her time and was very thorough and made sure I understood everything and was in no rush. The front staff were very nice and helpful with providing me with my options and helping pick out the best frames and lenses for my lifestyle and needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will always use them going forward in the future.

I continue to be genuinely impressed with the quality of the care given as well as the attention to detail. Any and all questions I had were answered and they helped me understand nuances about my eyesight that I never knew existed. I have recently added my kids as patients and they really make them feel welcome as well. Highly recommend!
