Pierce Family Auto did a full front-end (four control arm) replacement on my Audi A7 TDI for me. Did a great job at a reasonable price. I would recommend again for sure.

Robert and crew did a great job getting the oil leak on our GTI fixed. I really appreciated their thoroughness in figuring out where the oil was leaking from, and getting the car back on the road quickly. This was my first experience with them, but I’ll definitely go back for our VW’s needs in the future.

The mechanics who saved Christmas!

It might not mean a whole lot to add a 5 star review to a business that already has a 5 star average, but to anyone skeptical to that perfect rating - it's deserved!

My wife's 2008 Volkswagen GTI had a check engine light, and could only have one headlight working at any time. I'd tried to troubleshoot the headlight issue myself, changing the bulbs, putting in a new fuse, getting a friend of a friend with a engine light reader and some know-how to at least give us a possibility to bring to the mechanic to not seem entirely uninformed. But, with the days growing shorter and the registration officially out, it was time to make sure a nasty traffic ticket wouldn't be the Grinch of our Christmas.

I called and scheduled an appointment, and unfortunately slept through my alarm that day. BD was very understanding and got me rescheduled, and as soon as I walked in the door I was offered wifi, drinks, and told that they had one car on the lift and mine was next. Clear expectations in regards for wait time!

The issue with the headlights was the wiring wasn't insulated, and they explained how much the headlights would be to replace, how getting just the wiring redone would cost the same in terms of labor, how a 3rd party website for parts ran about the same. I held out hope that the check engine light repair would be in my budget, and talked to BD for quite a while about traveling, foods we both like, family plans for Christmas, even the VOIP system they use since I'm in IT. Unfortunately, the check engine light was due to the spark plugs and PC vent, coming out $257 over my budget. But, BD offered to give me a bit of grace and let me pay what I could, and get the rest to him when my wife's next paycheck hit after Christmas. (And if any sorry son of a gun reads this and thinks to demand that kind of charity from these guys, you're the reason these kinds of acts of faith have gone out of style).

We were able to pick up her car the next day, even a bit after closing. I'll never go anywhere else! You truly could not ask for more, and they delivered twice as much as I would ever think to ask with a smile!

Pierce family auto is my go to mechanic for VWs. I’ve owned 14 VW their prices are fair and knowledge is good as they specialize in german autos. Worth the drive to Denton.
