Kyle from Carpet Guys was awesome! Initially my fiancé and I didn’t know what to expect with getting our vents and ducts cleaned but Kyle did a great job explaining. He even was patient and gave us time to move furniture and put sheets down to help with the mess. Overall, I love the finish product and I know my allergies will be much better after this cleaning. I look forward to working with Kyle again in the future. If you are in the market to have your vents cleaned and need someone with excellent customer service and who does a great job, Kyle is the person for you!
We have used the Carpet Guys before and they did great work so we called them back. Matt did outstanding work and provided exceptional customer service. We needed some serious TLC and cleaning done after having extended family (& ALL their pets) during the dallaska 2021snowstorm. We are so happy with the outcome and will be continue to use the Carpet Guys in the future! Matt went above and beyond by even helping us with spot treatment the next day. Highly recommend!
